Privacy notice
Draft for review. This notice is not a claim that it is complete, legally reviewed, or compliant. It needs a proper privacy and legal review before launch.
Who this is about
With this Content is events, wedding, and business content creation, based in Stamford and Rutland, and attributed on the site to Molly Warren. Weddings are the main work. Naming Molly Warren here does not decide the legal identity of the controller.
The legal identity of the controller is still a decision for launch. This page does not invent a company number, a sole-trader status, or a street address. A home address is not required on this draft. If the law later requires a postal address in the notice, that address will be added only once the controller has chosen what to publish.
How to ask a privacy question
Email withthiscontent@hotmail.com.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The official complaint page is ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. The official contact page is ico.org.uk/global/contact-us. Those addresses were not re-read on 8 November 2026, because the ICO site answered this environment with a Cloudflare challenge rather than the page text. Check the live pages before launch.
What this draft website does now
On the copy deployed to Netlify, the enquiry form is a Netlify Form named enquiry. A successful submission sends these eight fields to Netlify: full name, email, phone number, wedding venue, date, package, photographer or videographer, and the message. Netlify stores submissions in its own database. This HTML does not contain a database of its own.
Netlify can also email a notification. The public contact stays withthiscontent@hotmail.com. The notification saved in the Netlify dashboard is for the account address mollywarren12@hotmail.com, for any form. That notification is not sent by a hidden field on this page. A local preview of these files does not store the enquiry and must not be read as confirmation that Netlify accepted it. No test submission has been sent from this draft.
- There is no analytics tool and no non-essential cookie. A cookie banner is not shown, because there is nothing non-essential to ask permission for.
- The email address is also a mailto link. Choosing it opens the email app on your device. That path is separate from the form.
- The Instagram link opens Instagram. This website does not receive what you do there.
How an enquiry is handled
The fields are full name, email, phone number, wedding venue, date, package, who the photographer or videographer is, and anything else you want to say. If you have not booked a photographer or videographer, “Not booked yet” is enough. There is no promotional consent box.
For an enquiry, and for arranging a booking you have asked for, the basis to consider is that the business is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing a contract if you book. That is UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b). This draft does not say a contract already exists, and it does not say you have already consented to anything.
Netlify is the intended host of the form submissions. How long Netlify or the business keeps them, whether Netlify is formally appointed as a processor, and whether the information leaves the UK, are not decided on this page. The browser’s own checks for empty fields are not a promise that Netlify repeats those checks before storing a submission.
Legitimate interests are not relied on here. Using them would need a real interest, a balancing test, and a written record. None of that has been done.
Footage of a couple and of guests
When a couple books, the work is content from their event: raw footage and edited videos. The intended delivery is a OneDrive link. Raw content is described on the front page as arriving within 24–48 hours, with edited videos added to the same folder. A preview is aimed at 24–48 hours and highlights at 3–4 days. This notice does not appoint Microsoft, or anyone else, as a processor, and it does not state where those files are stored or how long they are kept.
The videos are for the couple. Whether they post them is their choice. Use of the work by With this Content for promotion, such as a portfolio or Instagram, needs a separate permission from the couple. People who appear as guests are not covered by a blanket consent just because they attended. If guests can be identified, how they are told, and what permission is needed before promotional use, still has to be decided. It is not decided on this page.
Your rights
People can ask for a copy of their personal information, a correction, deletion, or restriction, and can object to certain uses. The right to receive some information in a portable form can apply where processing is by automated means and the basis is a contract. These rights depend on the basis used and on exemptions. They are not automatic in every case.
To ask, email withthiscontent@hotmail.com. You can also complain to the ICO using the links above.
Payment terms
Booking words, including the deposit described in the questions on the front page, are not changed by this notice. Those words have not been legally reviewed.
Still to decide before launch
- The controller’s legal identity, and any postal address that must be published.
- How long enquiries, bookings, and raw or edited files are kept.
- Which suppliers are processors, including Netlify for stored enquiries, email notification, OneDrive, and the website host, and whether information leaves the UK.
- Whether the Hotmail notification has been saved in Netlify, and how long submissions are kept.
- A review of this notice, and of the booking words, by someone qualified to give that advice.
